What is Eloi?
Eloi is the AI assistant built into Conformaze. It allows you to create and query your compliance data through natural conversation. Instead of navigating menus and filling out forms, you can simply describe what you want to do: "Add a processing activity for payroll management" or "List the sub-processors that have access to sensitive data." Eloi understands your organization's context and asks the right questions.
What Eloi can do
Eloi has 9 structured tools. For reading, it can list your processing activities, get a summary of your registry, list your actors, and list your assets. For writing, it can create a processing activity, create an actor, create an asset, launch a PIA, and record a privacy incident. Each creation action goes through a confirmation process: Eloi presents a summary before saving anything.
Eloi Studio: team collaboration
Eloi Studio is a collaborative workspace where multiple members of your team can work together with Eloi on the same topic. Create a workspace, invite your colleagues, and work together to document a complex processing activity or prepare a PIA. The workflow moves through four phases: identification (information gathering), review (data verification), confirmation (team validation), and creation (recording in Conformaze).
Studio projects
Studio projects let you organize multiple workspaces around a common objective. For example, a "Registry Update 2025" project can group several workspaces, one per department. Each project has its participants, work sessions, and validated outputs. Confirmed outputs are directly injected into your registry.
